This is with Reference to my Account account No. 929968 . I am very Unhappy with the Services and Professionalism carried by your Organisation .
last 5 months i am requesting for Wifi Connection , which was considered 5 days back , Person Visited my home for collection of Cheque , it got Cleared also and today is 14 of the month , no one has responded for installation . People at your customer care are Unskilled , they are not Customer Centric.
My thought towards indian companies are proved by Such examples , i am really Annoyed by the services . People are Cutting my Phone , not Entertaining , my Bank account has been Debited. . I was told person will visit for installation as soon Payment is Received , which didn’t happened .
i request you to place a INQUIRY FOR THE SAME . People at your end are Confused related to the policies .
I am Literraly Frustated and you people have forced me to do this .
