Complaint Details :Dear Sir/ Madam,
ICICI BANK
I have done a transaction of Rs. 250/- through Info.IIn*paytm.com for recharge of 3G data card of BSNL through ICICI bank debit card on 19.02.2014 but an error message display transaction fails and SMS received on my cell no. 9921736854 but Rs. 250/- debited from my ICICI bank. A/c.
I have contacted to both ICICI bank & BSNL and they said that your amount is with Paytm agency, please contact Paytm. And still Rs. 250 /- not refund back to my ICICI bank A/c.
My ICICI request no. is SR310796143 dated 18.03.14 and SR310808647 dated 18.03.14
My paytm ticket no is 101391431.
please help me to refund back this amount to my ICICI bank A/c. at the earliest.
