Complaint Details : I am using 128 Kb BSNL 3G Sim and 3G Mobile in Kanpur UP east as per BSNL they will give more tham 1Mbps speed bur I am getting 90 Kbps to 150 Kbps in Mall Rd area where Main Exchange is working and network is good in same area but still I am getting extremely slow 3g speed and no support from customer care.
On same mobile I am using Vodafone 3g its working like a bullet and amazing speed.
