Subject of Complaint :not getting 3G speed

Complaint Details : I have recharged for bsnl 3g internet Rs. 561 to avail high speed internet on my pc,my mobile no.7376910980 but I am not getting speed it is only 14-30 kbps where as I was getting from aircel 3g 2-3mbps, and my connetion gets terminated very often this irritating,on my earlier use when I comlpained to cc,my speed used to be fast after 24 hrs
