Complaint Details : Dear Sir
I was trying to pay my post paid internet connection with Rs 1348 from https://tatadocomo.yahoo.com/ on 02/05/2014. Money got
deducted from my ICICI netbanking account but I got the message that “We could not ascertain the status of your card transaction from Payment getway. “. I’ve placed a complain in the customer care, complain no. 413627437.

My tatadocomo ph no : 9243553511

Today morning I got a call from your help desk, saying that money has been transferred to my account which is not correct. I’ve checked it’s not credited to my account.

Details of transaction are:
BIL/000584923100/netbill/TATADOCOMO_MICI

please take the necessary steps.
