Subject of Complaint :frequent disconnection of internet during day from 2 June 2014

Complaint Details : Internet A/C No 1023749, in the name of my son Nigel Fernandes,, the same has not been working properly for nearly 10 days , on 2 June 2014 there was frequent disconnection of internet signal and on 7th and 8th of June there were no signal at all, after repeated complains and follow up the signals were restored on 9th June in the evening but same problem continued frequent disconnection of the internet signals during the day time and after 7 pm the internet works properly, daily I complain about problem at three or four times, today is 12th of june and no technician has visited my place, they say it is external problem, my question is if there is fibre connection problem than how come there is no problem at night it is only during the peak hours that there are signals problem i thing the servers are over loaded and cannot handle the peak hours load. The company knows the fault but is fooling the customers by making silly excuses
