Complaint Details : RELIANCE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE I EVER HAD.IF I WANT TO TALK TO ANY OF THE EXECUTIVE THROUGH PHONE BY 180030005000 I HAD TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES TO CONNECT TO OPERATOR.
IF I VISIT ANY STORE FOR ANY SERVICE THEY WOULD SIMPLY SEND ME TO ANOTHER STORE TELLING THEY WON’T PROVIDE SERVICES THERE.!!! WHAT KIND OF RELIANCE STORES ARE THERE THAT THEY WON’T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.??? WHATS THE USE OF RUNNING THE STORE THEN??
ONE PERSON SAYS THAT IN THEIR STORE POSTPAID TO PREPAID MIGRATION VALID ONLY FROM FIRST 15 DAYS OF ANY MONTH BUT WHEN I WENT TO THEM THEY ARE TELLING NO THEY WON’T PROVIDE THAT SERVICE.
ONE OPERATOR SAYS THEY NEED SAME ADDRESS PROOF BUT SOMEONE ELSE SAYS IN SAME STORE WHEN I VISITED SECOND TIME THAT THEY NEED PRESENT ADDRESS..
SO I DON’T WANT TO STAY IN THIS WORST NETWORK SO PLEASE CONSIDER MY REQUEST TO TERMINATE MY RELIANCE NET CONNECT BROADBAND-POSTPAID CONNECTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
