Subject of Complaint :POOR SERVICE

Complaint Details :From last 3-4 months my internet is not working properly. Whenever I try to complain nearby local reliance agents ( who setup my connection and their boss) they receive call first time and tells me to restart PC and modem every-time. After that they never receive calls. I always need to contact customer care first otherwise they don’t even listen whats my problem.
From last 3 days my internet is disconnecting every 2-3 min. I’m tired of complaining again and again. And I always need to call by another unknown number otherwise they don’t receive. Here is contact number 0253 -3031515 (Mr.Bhagwat). This person never receives call. When i asked reason for it. He said too many people calls us thats why they don’t receive each call.
Last time I complained same issue at “https://www.facebook.com/RelianceMobile” on 28-3-1014 But never got solved.
Seriously these people are ruining Reliance’s reputation.
