Complaint Details : My numbers 9444494036, 37, 38, 39 are all in my name. i’m using it in the above address. One of the signal towers covering our area is dysfunctioning.other signal towers work well. we r not able to call, sms and browse. In subrayan Main street-Nammalwarpet when this tower catches our signal, it just shows signal strenth as full but not receiving calls, sms, outgoings and browswer is not connected. when the signal catches other towers, it works well. This problem we have for about 2 months. Kindly resolve.
