Subject of Complaint :Poor service & no customer care service

Complaint Details : I am an old MTS BLAZE ULTRA user with number 8926488474 from Durgapur, West Bengal. Today I have recharged my account with Rs. 798 to avail 2GB high speed (9.8MBPS) internet data for 30days. But from very beginning of the recharge very poor internet speed is obtained ( only 10kbps most of the time). I am practically unable to open any webpage and browse. I called the customer care number 9153155155 tow times but this is the worst customer care service I have ever faced. Though I opted for Bengali as my language and entered my number the language automatically changed into an unknown one and nothing happened but music for 5minute. Both the times I called the customer care I faced the same problem. This is horrible service from your side though you are telling to provide high speed internet.
