Complaint Details : My name is Aayush Garg. I live in Indore (M.P.). I purchased Reliance 3G SIM card 4 days ago on 17th August 2013. I paid 250/- as per plan. . That day my 3G network does not started, I enquired the retailer about the problem he told that 3g will be started within 24 hours . then later that day I turned on my PC , inserted my sim in the micromax netsetter, and the selected 3G network on it . The 3G network started for just one and only one min. and then started showing “No Service”, before calling customer care I tried my best to establish the network , but was unable . Later I called Customer care but as usual no help from them . I left with no solution but to complaint. Please help..
