Subject of Complaint :Idea 3G internet

Complaint Details : I am using Idea connection with msisdn 7500051472 . on this msisdn I have activated the 3G internet service at my location Kotwali Dehat (tehsil Nagina, distt Bijnor, UPW). The problem is that every time when I try to connect or open a page using above said service, its response time is very high & when I try to download any file then mostly in between my data network stops responding which cost me a deduction in data that I bought after getting a recharge specified by Idea Cellular Ltd. So, I request to look into the matter and resolve my problem. Otherwise I had to take some strict steps if the problsm continues.
