Complaint Details : sir i have recharged with 50 rs on my tata docomo no. 7206781871 and this company just cut the amount i have just recharged with and when asked the reason i have called tgrice and every time i got a new explanation from their side. means they even don’t know why they have cut the amount and all my money get waste. the first one says that it is due to your usage of internet in dual mode and the other one says that it is due to youe acvessing of a chargable website and the third one says that you have your internet plan and as thr data left is less than 10 mb so they cut my money but 3 types of explanations for one deduction whats this.
