Complaint Details : i recharged my no with rs 32 net pack on 23 august 2013. But till this i cant be able to access gprs in my no. And my phone shows that the tata docomo tower is nt available. Without any notification why tatadocomo closed network coverage. I am trying to contact with the customer care but they didnt process my call. Area- malbazar circle, jalpaiguri, westbengal.
