Complaint Details : last night around 6:38 pm I,E 3-09-2013 i recharge with Rs 123 , When I checked my balance which say your 3G Net balance is 1020.05 MB is valid till 03-10-2013….etc. After browsing for approximately 4-5 hour ( i insert the sim card in a dongle
) which i have done the previously i recharge with 123 and nothing happen then i switch to mobile browsing after that the balance is gone both my 3G and Main Balance ( Rs-15-19) when i call customer care (198) they say that i insert my sim card in dongle that why my data is empty BUT I already done that the last time i recharge why no data deduction the last time insert it in a dongle, they deduct my balance like almost every time i rechr
