Complaint Details :Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have given an application for getting a broad band connection. (Regf: LEAD/Request Successfully Created. Your Lead Id: CHCHI06051300085)
On May I got a SMS that my connection is activated and got a call saying that the landline is only activated. To my surprise the day they gave us the connection nobody was in our house. I am still not clear how they have given me the confirmation call and SMS without physical confirmation of telephone connection to my house. Later when I checked physically even cable was not provided for the telephone.
Later I tried to contact the BSNL customer care also and there was no response. Later I approached the near by BSNL office and
