Subject of Complaint :Unsuccesfull internet recharge after reduction of money

Complaint Details : First of all, the link given on bsnl website prepaid 2g and 3g internet recharge is not working. Thus you cannot recharge from their website.
Secondly, the price mentioned on website are fake. there original price are different and very much higher than website.
Third, even when I have just done the recharge of Rs251 and have not used it at all. I still get a message “Your account will be soon exhausted.Your main balance is null valid until 28/10/2013.”
Also, the customer care no. given on website is wrong whenever I try it says” please check the no.”
please update your website and let people recharge from website only.
I expect you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
