Subject of Complaint :Reliance Net Connect + speed issue

Complaint Details : I am using the Reliance data card services from last 8 years and reliance netconnet plus from last 4 years….the service was excellent and the speed also good. Earlier the speed was 400kps-600kpbs but Since 16th Sep, 2013 is been pathetic and average speed is 50-60 kbps. I have 15 GB monthly plan and limit was over than I top up my services with further 10 GB plan two times once on 10th Sep and than 16th Sep,2013. But after 2nd time renewal plan was activated but speed did not improved. I filed a compliant on 17th which show s closed on 20th but never reosled than again on 22nd and also not solved? its been pathetic services?? seriously
