Mis sale Policy number : 51182305 ( SR no: 0018203536)
1 .The Hard copy of the policy was not given to the policy holder ( It is still with the Agent mentioned in the complain )
2: Mis match of signature ( In the policy the signature is of the agent )
Please find the attached written complain that was given to the RLIC branch on 22-nov-13 .
I need the money back ASAP.
The details of the fraud is mentioned below
I had a Reliance life insurance policy no:50121272 the annual premium of Rs 50000 issued to me on 15-may-2012 which got lapsed on 30-June -2013.
I received a call from Abhishekh Kumar ( Reliance Agent)8376852264 conveying me that my policy can be surrendered by Paying Rs 25000 and I will receive the surrender value of Rs 1,48,270 with in 15 to 20 days .
On 29-Aug-2013 I paid a DD of Rs 25000 to Abhishek Kumar in favour of “Reliance life insurance company limited” payable at
Cannaught Place New Delhi

On 07-Oct-2013 I received a call from Abhishek Kumar Saying that he need Rs 10000 to process my policy matter ,Abhishek Kumar Send his Junior Sailendra Jha to collect Rs 10000 from me on 07-oct-2013.
On 09-Nov-2013 I receive a SMS from Abhishekh Kumar that I need to transfer Rs 5000 to SIMRAN SHAHI the head of the account dept as my policy matter is in the final stage hence I transferred Rs 5000 on the same day

On investigating when I reached to one of the” Reliance life insurance Branch” I came to know that there is no such scheme of surrendering my policy. The policy which I had that can be surrendered only after making a premium for three year .
The amount of 25000 which Abhishekh Kumar took from me conveying me to process my policy for surrendering . In reality he made another policy in the name of my brother ( Murali dhar Palak )in order to get his commission . Policy number :51182305
Abhishekh Kumar collected the document of my brother saying that as per IRDA rules the surrender amount can be transferred only to family member & not to the policy holder .
As per abhishkeh Kumar thepolicy matter which should have been processed with in 15 -20 days from 29-aug-2013 till now there is no progress in my case.
Since 09-Nov-2013 abhishek Kumar Mobile is coming switch off neither he is making the payment of the surrender value of Rs 1,48,270 nor he is paying back the amount of my Rs 40000 ( 25000+10000+5000) which he took in order to process my Policy matter .
