Complaint Details : Resp. Sir,
Recently I purchased a 3G Sim card (9423265277) of BSNL. and as per the message of BSNL I did the call on 1507 for verification and activation of sim card. As per the instruction of the call I did a recharge of Rs. 42 . And a net pack for Rs.139 with reference no. 505585171 and 505590073 resp. But still i am not availing the facility of internet. On my cell the sign of 3G and H with one triangle s showing but the net is not operative. Also, from the two days, I am trying to contact the customer care but unable to get connected.
So please check the problem and sort it out.
