Complaint Details : Dear Sir/Madam
I am a customer of your Reliance Netconnect+ and I made a payment of Rs. 950.00 by cheque no. 641352 (Punjab & sind bank ,Anand Vihar, New delhi) and was credited in your account dated 18-11-13.Another cheque was deposited on 7/12/13 no. 642563 (Punjab & sind Bank, Anand Vihar New Delhi) not credited till date.
This month I received my bill with late payment penalty and showing that there is no payment made previous month.
Services of my data card has been stopped last 15 days.
In reliance outlets nobody is issuing any receipt of these cheques,
Please resolve this problem As I am paying my bills on time but still I am unable to use this internet data card.
