Complaint Details :on 4.01.2014 at 2.10 AM sales transaction could not be processed, and I received message asking me to contact customer care.
Ref No 88896543342 for Mob No 9482881530. After the online recharge of Rs.222/- failed I sent SMS to 55365 on 4.1.2014 at 2.32 PM. The complaint booking no. is 0401205635. so far I’ve not received any phone call from BSNL. In how may working days the recharge amount will be credited back to my account?
BSNL customer care lines are so busy that they said that the estimated waiting period was 5 min. and yet nobody came on the line even after 5 mins. even my mail to bounced.
