Complaint Details : See the thing is, I’ve purchased this MTS Wifi Ultra on Dec. 30, 2013 no. 9136743508. It was with 10 GB Preloaded data. With 8425.73 MB left in my account I recharged with Rupees 1498 with 20 GB Unlimited data on Jan. 01, 2014. I thought my previous high speed data will be carry forwarded. But it didn’t happen. Now with my 20 GB high speed data finished. I recharged again with Rs. 299 for 1 GB data on Jan. 07, 2014. My left over 8425.73 MB has been carry forwarded & now the total amount I have is 9449.73 MB left in my account valid unto Feb.04, 2014.
The problem I’m having is that…I am still stuck on very low speed even after recharging & with 9449.73 MB of High speed data still left.
