Complaint Details : Okay.. i dont know how much will this mail help.. but i am just another aspect of the hathway service..
My account number is 135176 and I just got a mew docsis connection installed.. I originally wanted the docsis connection with a wifi router installed. Your so called educated operator communicated it all wrong and i was in turb only given a connection.. I called up again and finally after explaining the need for wifi router I was able to register for it. I paid the amount for router on monday and i was assured my wifi router to setup within 24hours. It is saturday today when still after repeated calls every single day i have not got the service.. Everyday your dumb operators assure me my
