Subject of Complaint :my internet not working properly

Complaint Details : I recently bought tata DoCoMo sim.and when about to install internet settings,it is asking “please input pin”..I reported same to customer care but they again resent configuration message..when I created new APN settings.the net got connected but frequently getting discontinued.. and taking a lot time to connect. every time when I turned on data traffic it takes lot time to connect…I was fed up with this problem..pls provide me some solution or else I’ve to change my network.
