Since 15 days back date from today i am facing irregular internet connectivity.
Despite of registering complaint on the customer no 0261 6696100(surat city) many times , no service engineer could solve the problem practically.
Even they are failing to reply when the connection will be reestablished and whats wrong.
Please look into the matter on urgent basis to resume the service regularly.
