Subject of Complaint :gprs is very slow or often does not found

Complaint Details : Since few years I am using prepaid bsnl calcutta service including GPRS facility initially 2g and now 3g through same old normal sim via 3g enabled nokia mobile. but sorry to say that no improvement till found in 3g service. since few days a hazardous problem in Howrah and Hooghly district that most of the times net service is not found. if any renovation or maintenance go on by the bsnl authority why not any pre message not given or the period is not extended for the residue data unused due to non availability of internet connection. How long we have wait for better service and speed also like other companies. Do I require to replace the normal sim card for better speed. Plz, let me know.
