Subject of Complaint :Internet not working

Complaint Details : I am using post paid BSNL sim having number 9428333430 and also BSNL 3G dongle .Both are from Gujarat circle .
But it does not work while in roaming in UP (E), I m facing this problem for last 3 months. I have don a lot of complaint on customer care number but no action taken.
