Complaint Details : Dear Sir,
BSNL Strated unwanted service of BSNL Hungama games and movie on demand on my land line, and started from previous month January 2014, and thy have added 150 INRS in January bill.
I would like to remove hungama service from landline number 0510 – 2380049 with immediate effect.
How they can started valued added service without my confirmation?????
