Subject of Complaint :no 3g coverage in my home

Complaint Details : Hello sir,my bsnl 3g mobile number is 9409442813,I have 3g plan active on this number but there is no coverage in my house.but when I come out of my house I am able to connect 3g.I complained for that on 1503 number on 9:30 am of 11 Feb 2014.my complaint number was UN1392090095.they told me that my problem will be solved within 48 hours.but after 48 hours I didn’t received any call back and my complaint is also not solved.when I recalled them they didn’t answering my problem.I also used vodafone and airtel 3g in past they gave me best service.and inspire of government organization the bsnl is not serving me good.I am unable to use my service in spite of having sufficient balance.no one is
