tata docomo -Refund of failed online recharge

Subject of Complaint :Refund of failed online recharge

Company / Product Name:tata docomo

State :Maharashtra
Complaint Details : I made on-line payments for TATA DOCOMO prepaid recharge of rs 499 for two times on 11-02-2014 . On both the occasion transaction failed and my account got debited. This complaint is because i have not received my refund of rs 998 ( 499+499) even after 10 days today.

please look into the matter and arrange to refund me the above amount.
