Subject of Complaint :Bsnl 3G Singal weak and breaks very often

Complaint Details : Hi,
Earlier I had subscribed to Bsnl Wimax in Palampur but due to it’s unstable signals I deactivated this service and got a Bsnl 3G Prepaid..well this 3G has similar issue….the signal suddenly shifts to edge/gprs and then H or 3G and again to edge…I live in Palampur no issue of remote location..while Airtel/Aircel/Idea/Vodafone have good connectivity…..and now Why I’m using Bsnl…well because I like Bsnl…and would love to have it’s services improved….I can wait for 45 minutes while connecting Customer Care Helpline……
Well why still Bsnl has such Issue of Signal strength and unstable service..
