Complaint Details : hello there, i am a current customer of sify using a wireless solution to my office in roorkee, uttarakhand. I was dealing with omkar tripathi until now and only just found out that he has now left and moved to another company. I have lodged a connectivity issue at my office connection few weeks ago and am still waiting on a response and some action. This is affecting my office functioning quite a lot and hence i request you to please provide me your representative’s no and contact details in that region so i can talk to him/her and they can help resolve my issue.
I have major issues so pl assist asap.
