Subject of Complaint :could not acess STV’s of Rs 139 3G data

Complaint Details : Kindly activite my cell with special tariff vochers Rs 139/ data which I purchase on 27 Feb 2014.It can’t open world wide web,mails etc. It shows HTTP 408/409 error.Kindly rectify the error and allow the 3G connection.
