Subject of Complaint :Idea 3g netsetter has not been recharged

Complaint Details : I tried to recharge my idea 3g netsetter (8684805128) of Rs. 1499 using paytm.com. And I got an email that the transaction has been successful and the said amount has been debited from my account, but I still haven’t got the confirmation text on my netsetter. Therefore, the speed is not exceeding 120kbps. I always recharge my netsetter this way and I get the confirmation text in seconds. So, please look into the matter and try to solve it asap.
