Subject of Complaint :VERY BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE S

Complaint Details : i am an NRI , who opted for your internet connection for one month for trail and also my stay was planned not more than that period. Before that we were having 5 net internet connection for one full year. Unable to reach 5net representative for more than 15 times on mobile and sms we decided to go for your service. We are very much disappointed, because you are services are worst than 5 net people.
1) The sales person was contacted by me, immediately he came and took the payment and over promised me. He told me that he will connect the cable the next day, but it was done only after 4 days. A big lie.
2) The person sitting at the help desk is a useless & incompetent person. He never understands the question and his answers are all unrelated to the questions.
3) Your numbers 1800223337,02267134600 & 02242387100 nobody bothers to answer after so many attempts. The toll free number ask to go to all the required options and finally cuts off and nobody come on the line.
4) We paid Rs.870 for one month and the expiry is on the 24th of this month. I am getting emails asking me to pay Rs.106 more and the bill sent to me is for Rs.588.00. Where is the balance amount paid gone.???????
5) Sent email on 6/3/2014 asking for explanation no reply so far.
6) Tried to reach all available numbers no use,no body attends the calls. Finally tried to call the Sales person Mr.Krishna. He never bothers to
answer my call and answers the call when called from other person’s mobile. He does not want to answer my call at all.
7) When I was talking to the sales person about my problem he cuts the line abruptly and never attended the call.
I have made a big blunder for opting your services. If you want to resolve any problem in future whom should we contact.??????
Once the money is in your account nobody is bothered to cater to the clients. It was my prudence, that I decided to have the connection for
only 1 month. We are sure we are not going to renew it and also recommend it to anybody.
i am working in the customer facing industry for the more than 2 decades in a foreign country in a management level, I have not come across a service so unprofessional and bad. It is not good for the future of your organisation.
