Subject of Complaint :Regarding cancellation of mts postpaid Datacard connection

Complaint Details : I have MTS post paid connection data-card.It is 12 GB unlimited internet connection with 3.1Mbps speed an amount Rs.860. I bought it in TamilNadu.But now i am in pune as a job transfer in my company. In my location in pune it have not 3G speed for MTS only 2G. So i decided to cancel the connection . I asked customer care to discontinue the service. . But customer care people are telling now that I have to go to MTS store to cancel it. As i have told to calcel where the place you buy it. how can I ?. now i got the next month bill also. But i have already informed a month before to cancel the connection, till they sending me the bills. Rs.2653 is the bill amount i dont know how they are charging for it..I am ready to pay the amount only.

Complaint Details : i am an NRI , who opted for your internet connection for one month for trail and also my stay was planned not more than that period. Before that we were having 5 net internet connection for one full year. Unable to reach 5net representative for more than 15 times on mobile and sms we decided to go for your service. We are very much disappointed, because you are services are worst than 5 net people.
1) The sales person was contacted by me, immediately he came and took the payment and over promised me. He told me that he will connect the cable the next day, but it was done only after 4 days. A big lie.
2) The person sitting at the help desk is a useless & incompetent person. He never understands the question and his answers are all unrelated to the questions.
3) Your numbers 1800223337,02267134600 & 02242387100 nobody bothers to answer after so many attempts. The toll free number ask to go to all the required options and finally cuts off and nobody come on the line.
4) We paid Rs.870 for one month and the expiry is on the 24th of this month. I am getting emails asking me to pay Rs.106 more and the bill sent to me is for Rs.588.00. Where is the balance amount paid gone.???????
5) Sent email on 6/3/2014 asking for explanation no reply so far.
6) Tried to reach all available numbers no use,no body attends the calls. Finally tried to call the Sales person Mr.Krishna. He never bothers to
answer my call and answers the call when called from other person’s mobile. He does not want to answer my call at all.
7) When I was talking to the sales person about my problem he cuts the line abruptly and never attended the call.
I have made a big blunder for opting your services. If you want to resolve any problem in future whom should we contact.??????
Once the money is in your account nobody is bothered to cater to the clients. It was my prudence, that I decided to have the connection for
only 1 month. We are sure we are not going to renew it and also recommend it to anybody.
i am working in the customer facing industry for the more than 2 decades in a foreign country in a management level, I have not come across a service so unprofessional and bad. It is not good for the future of your organisation.

Once the money is in your account nobody is bothered to cater to the clients. It was my prudence, that I decided to have the connection for
only 1 month. We are sure we are not going to renew it and also recommend it to anybody.
i am working in the customer facing industry for the more than 2 decades in a foreign country in a management level, I have not come across a service so unprofessional and bad. It is not good for the future of your organisation.

Complaint Details : I am using Reliance GSM sim (8927336340) from delhi circle for past few years.
They are deducting RS 3 from my balance alternate days as VAS USSD charges.
I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money
periodically,sevaral times an amount of Rs.3/- deduced from my account for the VAS service..Then i messaged to 121 and i got the reply like “you are not subscribed to any VAS packs”..so my question is
For what purpose you were deducting the money??
What is this??

Complaint Details : The 3G Network in the BSNL Chelari Exchange,Malappuram Dt very close to the Calicut University Campus is in poor condition.The 3G signals constantly varying and leads to disconnection of Network.The signal strength in the said area was very fine before 5 to 6 months ago.The aerial distance from the above tower location is below of half kilometre. On repeated reminders no action is seen to solve the problem
Kindly look into the matter seriously as there are several staff members in the UTY Camus badly facing the issue mentioned above

Complaint Details : I have post paid connection of Reliance 3G. When take the service of Reliance 3G, it gives very good speed for 4- 5 days only. But after that it gives up to 144 kbps speed maximum time even when my data limit is available and since last two day my billing period again restart it become more poor I hopeless about the Reliance 3G. If my problem is not over come and same is happened i will surrender the connection .
