Subject of Complaint :Extremly bad 3G service in night

Complaint Details : I am using 3G services of BSNL for 1GB data 139. In my room it shows network of two bars. when I use internet in night it shows speed of 0.1- 0.6kbs speed which is extremely slow and irritating. Even after several hours of connection its speed never increases. I request you to please look into the matter.
