Subject of Complaint :Internet Not working for 7 day in two weeks

Complaint Details :I have taken internet service from hathway. It not working properly, their is connectivity issue. When we call their customer care , they simple say that your issue will get resolved we have raised the complain, No define time period is provided.
When i call the technical head Mr Abdul he is also say that your issue will get resolved but it has never been resolved.

Even when we do mails to customer center we do not get any response.
Also, the executive use flaw language to communicate with customer.
