Complaint Details : I did an Internet offer of Rs.753 for my Kerala prepaid mobile number 9809840396 at the BSNl Portal (http://portal.bsnl.in/). The offer was not activated, but the transaction was successful and the money was drwan from my account.
Could you please refund back the amount to my account.
