Complaint Details : Hi, On friday on 6th of sept 2013, I recharged my number through online net banking for 2GB 3G pack of rs 246, the amount is already been debited from my account on same day but instead of 2GB pack 1GB Data service is activated ,when I called to customer care people regarding this they are saying within 48 hrs you will get your remaining data but now its more than 48 hrs I didn’t received any information related to my remaining data. I called several times to Reliance customer care after 48 hrs regarding my query but no positive response from their side and the response which I received from customer care people whenever I called them that was pathetic really.
