Complaint Details : I have purchaged new SIM card for 3G service from your Bodakdev Office.New SIM no. is 9429340296 on 10th Dec.2013 at 11.30 am. But till time it is not activated.BSNL customer care no. nobody is talking.Lots of time call to 1507 no but there is error in connection.Hardly two time talking possible and always told within 2 hrs. no. will be activated but till time it is not activated.
Requested to take some immidiate action.
