Subject of Complaint :Not receiving the pass word for net banking

Complaint Details : On 4.10.13 I had done logging in my account but sometimes I faced difficulty in logging
in my a/c.Hence I put request for ‘forgot password’.But again I was able to log in my a/c
properly.
But as the request was already lodged the logging was not possible and error 109 was appearing.
But as the request was processed I got message in my mobile that new password will be sent to me within 10 days.
I mailed to “bom1336@mahabank.co.in” and “mahaconnect@mahabank.co.in” several times since 5.10.13 but till date I did not receive my new ‘pass word ‘for net banking in Bank Of Maharastra.
I am frustrated now as no reply from B of M head office is received by me either in mail or in any letter.
