Complaint Details : Hi,
I bought BSNL 3G SIM(9489705209) and a dongle from a vellore (tamilnadu) BSNL center 2 months ago. Still now i am struggling to see a single web page in my system. I tried the dongle in many places of Chennai to make sure that the 3G is connecting, but of no use. The dongle showing the network connected, but it is not enabling the internet connection. I don’t know whether the problem is with the dongle or with the SIM. There is no use in complaining in the vellore BSNL center. They are directing me to file a online complaints. Kindly do the needful. Hoping for the good service. Thanks.
