Complaint Details : Hi,
This is to inform you that I am a Apple Mac user and use Safari as my default browser. I have been doing internet banking from the time I opened my account with Syndicate Bank without much issues. As of today when I try to log in I get a message satiating that I need to use Internet Explorer 7.0 or 9.0.
Please note I do not have Internet Explorer on Apple Mac. Please let me know what is the way forward.
Please treat this issue as urgent as I do a lot of Internet Banking.
