Complaint Details : My relationship number : 7005955457

I have duly called up for disconnection of my broadband long before my December bill got generated. still my connection was active have also taken a call on 15 Dec with incident no 332886442.

Till date neither my connection is disconnected not my bills have stopped coming.

Is it the method of Airtel to keep on sending bills even after asking to disconnect…when we want a new connection the airtel team is so hyper active that they are capable to handle such requests with hypersonic speed but when it comes to disconnection there is no such interest shown…
