Complaint Details : Dear Sir,
My Name is Atanu Banerjee.
My MTS no is MDN: 8711052936
If you check my MDN no you will come to know the trough that I am unable to use this connection last 3 month. My last using date was 1st week of Nov 2013.My rental pack was Rs.989/- Till date I don’t have any outstanding. 1st time I call to customer care on november 1st week regarding cancelation. After that I had received one call form your side that we have vary good offer for you that Rs.425 plan, please don’t disconnection the no. we will give you better service.
After that when ever I try to connect through data card it is not working. It’s showing that remote service is not available in this computer.
