Complaint Details : I used reliance data card for with post paid connection. They generated me a bill which was not used me. They generated the bill even when the data card was deactivated saying I’d used it. How will I use it if it is deactivated. I registered a complaint to the customer care several times and said I need a detailed clarification for me to pay the bill. I dint get any reply from reliance communication. Very much disapointed.. Now few days back they gave a call that a complaint has been raised on me in Delhi magistrate and said I have to pay the bill, else I’ll be fined a huge amount. I payed. the bill even tho its a fake false statement. Now I want to cancel this worst service from reliance.
