Complaint Details : Hi..,
I am unable to use my internet banking service in spite of several attempts of installing Java and plugins and trying,I tried from various computers in office lan system or from personal laptop, I am highly disappointed since as NRI we have only option to do is e-banking, me and my husband have accounts in UBI and both accounts are unable to do banking online, this problem has freezed all my payment transaction to be done to india for school fees etc. If this continues few more days I will be forced to open another bank account not use UBI bank at all so on my next visit to india I can close my account.
My opinion e-banking should be user friendly which UBI is not providing.
