Complaint Details : bsnl 3g network is not working properly in my home. but bsnl bts tower is very near to my home.i belongs to mohalla- maranpur dist-gaya,the bsnl bts tower is near by-pass road dist- gaya (bihar).while using 3g net pack. it always occurs network problem. please help and solve this problem
