Complaint Details : Hello Hathway,
My hathway account number 288760 is in the name of Mrs. Pooja Pramod Sarfare.
I have bought a 6 month intro pack plan ( unlimited) in October. When I called hathway for billing enquiry, It says
that my plan expires on April 5, 2014. Still I got a call from hathway saying that my hathawy plan has expired and internet connection will get disconnected soon. So I need to renew the plan. Please clarify me on this. Please send me a copy of my entire usage and start and end date of the plan.
I am really disappointed with such a call from hathway. I have already paid all the money fro 6 months.
